I love smoothies! Icey, cold, smooth and delicious. They are the best part of my day. My favorite is Chocolate and peanut butter but sometimes I want something a bit more refreshing – So I came up with a Mango Banana Smoothie.  This smoothie is real simple and real tasty.

Ingredients

2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 Cup Frozen Mango

1 Banana

3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

1 – 2 scoops of Vanilla Mocha Rockin Wellness
