Garlic Scapes Seasoning Puree
Garlic Scapes preserve made with scapes, olive oil, parsley and basil.

Ingredients
- 1cup Garlic Scapeschopped (aprox. 8 scapes)
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4cup Flat Itallian Parlsey
- 1/4 cup Italian Basil
- 1/2tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Chop the scapes from the bulb up to 3/4 of the stalk. Add the scapes and remaining ingredients to the blender and chop until a puree/paste forms. Preserve in a glass/plastic container and use as seasoning when cooking.
