Arugula Walnut Pesto
Raw uncooked green sauce with arugula, walnut, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice
Ingredients
  • 1/2cup arugula
  • 1/4cup walnut
  • 1/2cup olive oil
  • 2-3tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2cup parmesan
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste *
Instructions
  1. Grind together arugula, garlic, and olive oil in a chopper
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix
  3. Add parmesan cheese and mix again

Adjust to taste
Reserve extra pesto sauce in small jar, ziplock, or ice cube trays (store in freezer)
