Ingredients

zucchini
1/4
cup
of flour
seasoned with S & P to taste
1/4
cup
Vegetable oil for frying
Grated Parmesan
for flavor
Sea Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Slice very thin rounds of zucchini. Dredge the zucchini in the seasoned flour and drop into a hot pan with oil. Flip over when golden brown and then remove to a flat dish to drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle hot chips with Grated Parmesan for flavor
