Small white or red onion
sliced thinly

Campari Tomatoes

Dried oregano

Garlic salt
Pinch
Pepper

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

White Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Par boil the string beans until cooked but still firm. Let them cool.
In a bowl, combine cooled green beans, sliced onions, tomatoes, seasonings, olive oil and vinegar. Mix all together and let sit for a few hours or overnight.
