Grease a baking sheet, brush flat bread lightly with olive oil. Add sauce, a few dollops of pesto, grilled chicken and a sprinkle of grated mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes (or until bottom is crispy and cheese is melted)
Notes
*Do not over sauce the crusts or they will be too soggy.
*All ovens can vary in actual temperature - this recipe was tested in a convection oven. Adjust your temperature setting as needed.
