Crush Oreos to a fine crumb and then mix together with cream cheese to form a large ball.
Form 1 to 1 11/2" balls and place on a lined cookie sheet. Melt chocolate and
dip the end of the pretzel stick into each oreo ball. Refrigerate the balls for at least 1hr.
Working in small batches dip each oreo ball into the warm chocolate, gently swirl and tap, and then place on a lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle sugar crystals or other decorations onto the truffles while still wet. Let harden and enjoy or refrigerate in a sealed container.
