Mix together breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese and set aside. Preheat broiler. Lay artichokes cut side up on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each artichoke with the Parmesan Cheese-Bread Crumb mixture. Place under broiler and toast until browned and melty.
Serve on a platter with cut lemon wedges.
Notes
Keep broiler pan in the middle of the oven rack if possible to prevent burning.
