Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a sauté pan
Add peppers and onions and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes
remove from pan and set aside
Add another tablespoon or so of olive oil and add seasoned chicken (such as season-all seasoning)
Saute chicken on medium heat until brown on both sides
Return peppers and onions back to pan and continue to sauté a few more minutes
Add tomatoes and parsley and combine
while continuing to cook on medium heat add white wine, half lemon juice and all chicken broth
Immediately cover the pan and continue to cook partially covered for a another 5 minutes or until the chicken is thourughly cooked.
Remoe lid turn heat up slightly when sizzling add add the remaining lemon juice give a sti and transfer to a serving dish
serve over rice or orzo pasta
