10 Second Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic more if you like
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 piece Jalapeno Pepper more if desired
  • Cilantro handful
  • Juice from one lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste *

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients in the mini chopper as follows: tomatoes on the bottom, then the peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro and lime juice. Pulse until you reach desired consistency.
  • It should take about 10 seconds of pulsing.
  • Turn out into a bowl and serve with your favorite snacks or top onto your favorite dishes.

Notes

TIP:
If the salsa has too much liquid you can drain it over a mesh strainer for a few seconds.
To get rid of air bubbles at the top of the salsa, blot it with a paper towel.
