1can of Kirkland Italian Stewed tomatoes - chopped11.5oz
Handful of fresh parsleyor basil
Fresh sprigs of oregano
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a sauté pan; add the steaks and sear on both sides until cooked.
Add the garlic and season with salt and pepper; add the tomatoes with juice and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
Add the fresh parsley (or basil at the end.)
Serve warm.
Don't forget the crusty bread.
Notes
*Don't salt your meat before searing. **If you don't use the Kirkland Italian Stewed Tomatoes then you'll need to add some oregano when you add the tomatoes.
