Scrub and dry as many potatoes that will fit inside your crockpot without overlapping. Pierce each potato with a fork. I poked mine all over. Wrap each potato tightly in aluminum foil with salt, pepper and olive oil. Cook 4 hours on low.
Serve with your favorite toppings.

6 medium potatoes took just under 4 hours on low I used 6 same sized medium russet potatoes. You can use Sweet Potatoes.
