Fried Zucchini Chips

Zucchini Parmesan Chips

  • 1 medium/large zucchini
  • 1/4 cup of flour seasoned with S & P to taste
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • Grated Parmesan for flavor


  • Slice very thin rounds of zucchini. Dredge the zucchini in the seasoned flour and drop into a hot pan with oil. Flip over when golden brown and then remove to a flat dish to drain on paper towel.
  • Sprinkle hot chips with Grated Parmesan for flavor
