Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple

Grilled Pineapple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/4 Vegetable Oil/Canola Oil
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Pinot Grigio * optional
  • 4-5 Crushed Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Flat Parsley choppped
  • 1/4 tsp chopped ginger * optional

Instructions
 

  • Marinade: Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Pour of Pork tenderloins and marinade over-night.
  • Grill: Remove tenderloins from marinade and place on a hot grill.
  • *Reserve the marinade to use for basting while grilling*
  • Grill on Medium Heat until until cooked through. Aprox. 15 minutes per side, but time may vary based on the size of the tenderloins. Let stand before slicing.
