Creamy Greek Yogurt Pesto
Creamy pesto made with greek yogurt, basil, pine nuts, and more...
- 2 tablespoons Plain Non fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- tablespoons Optional: 2of pine nuts walnuts or another favorite nut
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together (EXCEPT FOR THE YOGURT) in a mini chopper or blender.
Place the yogurt in a bowl and add the pesto; mix together well.
Serve with fish or chicken.
