Instructions
First, in a bowl combine yogurt, olive oil, seasonings, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest honey,
firecracker sea salt
, and oregano. Mix together.
Add the chicken to the bowl and coat well. Cover and refrigerate anywhere from 30 minutes up to 4 hours.
When the chicken is done marinating,remove from the refrigerator and pre-heat oven to 400 degrees f.
Place chicken pieces onto a greased baking sheet. Let sit for 30 mins before placing into the oven.
Bake chicken anywhere from 30-45 minutes (or until chicken reaches 165 degrees fahrenheit). Plate and serve with fresh lemon wedges and oregano.
