Position toaster oven rack to the bottom position.
Preheat toaster oven to 425 f.
Trim and clean asparagus spears to fit into your baking dish. Lightly oil the baking dish, arrange spears, season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
Bake in Toaster oven for 15 minutes. Set aside in a warm spot.
As asparagus cook, cover the baking tray with foil. Lightly coat with olive oil. Season both sides of fish with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place on baking tray, brush top side with dijon mustard. Sprinkle bread crumb, parmesan and parsley mixture over the tops. Spritz with a little more olive oil and bake in center of the toaster oven if possible.

NOTE: The toaster oven rack will be HOT so CAREFULLY adjust the rack with pot holders to prevent burning!!
