Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups
Chocolate Chip cookie cup made by baking the chocolate chip cookie dough in a muffin pan.
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz package of refrigerated cookie dough squares
- Mini Muffin pan s
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Grease muffin pan with cooking spray
- Take 1 square of dough and place in the center of the well. Use your thumb and indent the dough. Place in the oven and bake. When done the dough will have puffed up so gently push down with a dowel (or carefully with your thumb). Wait a few minutes and gently remove with a knife or small spoon. Let cool before filling.
Notes
Do not under grease the pans or they cups WILL stick and be difficult to remove.
You can fill mini cups with melted chocolate, melted peanut butter chips or both.
Also can be filled with chocolate Mousse or Nutella.
