Garlic Scapes Seasoning Puree

Garlic Scapes preserve made with scapes, olive oil, parsley and basil.


  • 1 cup Garlic Scapes chopped (aprox. 8 scapes)
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Flat Itallian Parlsey
  • 1/4 cup Italian Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt


  • Chop the scapes from the bulb up to 3/4 of the stalk. Add the scapes and remaining ingredients to the blender and chop until a puree/paste forms. Preserve in a glass/plastic container and use as seasoning when cooking.


Lasts up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator
