Mix egg, milk, and orange extract. Dip both sides of flatout bread into egg wash. In a non stick pan coated with cooking Spray cook the flatbread on both sides. Set aside to cool slightly.
Whip together greek yogurt and ricotta cheese with vanilla. Add the powdered sugar and whip until fluffy.
Fold in chocolate chips for garnish. Spread over flatbread and serve with fresh fruit.
Notes
Drain the ricotta in a coffee filter over a glass overnight if you prefer it to be more dry.
