Peel, pit and rough chop peaches (cut any additional fruit up as well).
Place 2-3 amaretti cookies in a self sealing plastic bag and crush them with the palm of your hand or a rolling pin.
Pour cream into a chilled bowl and beat on high until soft peaks form. Add the confectioners sugar and beat until stiff peaks are formed. Fold the yogurt in with a spatula.
Divide cut up peach in half. In a small cup layer a teaspoon of peaches, then a dollop of yogurt cream, then crushed amaretti, and repeat ending with crushed amaretti on top.
