10Small Apples (McIntoshCrispin, Jonagold and Cortland) cut into ¾" pieces
¼cupbrown sugar
¾cupsof water
½teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Wash, peel, core and cut apples into ¾" pieces. Add the apples to the slow cooker. Add the water, cinnamon, brown sugar and stir. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Let cool and store or serve.
Notes
Place the jars in the refrigerator until ready to use.
