- Crush Oreos to a fine crumb and then mix together with cream cheese to form a large ball. 
- Form 1 to 1 11/2" balls and place on a lined cookie sheet.  Melt chocolate and 
- dip the end of the pretzel stick into each oreo ball.  Refrigerate the balls for at least 1hr. 
- Working in small batches dip each oreo ball into the warm chocolate, gently swirl and tap, and then place on a lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle sugar crystals or other decorations onto the truffles while still wet.  Let harden and enjoy or refrigerate in a sealed container.
