Chicken Burgers on the Grill

Do your chicken or turkey burgers stick to the grill?

Here's a Tip 

  • Put them inside a foil packet drizzled with a little olive oil to prevent sticking. When you seal the packet it creates a steamed effect, but also sears the side of  the burger touching the grill.
  •  I usually flip the burgers out onto the other side about ⅔rds the way through and finish cooking directly on the grill.  It creates a sticky free, moist and flavorful burger.
