Remember when you were little and you couldn’t wait for your birthday?! I couldn’t wait to rip open those presents and cards full of cash. I also really looked forward to my birthday cake. I could always count on my mother to get one of my favorites: Ice Cream Cake, Cannoli Cake or Napoleon Cake. This week as my birthday quickly approaches I am thankful for all my wonderful childhood memories and extremely thankful to be given another year to enjoy that cake.
