It's another snowy day here in NY and the kids are home (again!). But somehow between playing referee and short order cook, I have managed to sneak a few (not so quiet moments) to read this article on pairing wine with some favorite comfort foods.
I'm not sure about you, but the only thing I really know about wine is that I like to drink it. I am never really certain how to combine the food and wine so they compliment each other.
