Questions about this Salsa Recipe:
Why is my salsa foamy?
If the salsa may become a bit foamy don’t worry, this is normal. The foam comes from tiny air bubbles created in the chopper. You can eliminate the foam by gently patting the top of the salsa with a paper towel.
What if my salsa is too watery?
If you find your salsa is too watery just pour it into a mesh strainer to release some of the extra juice.
