I’m always looking for great stir-fry recipes. I like stir-fry recipes because they are great homemade weeknight meals, especially when time is of the essence. I like this particular recipe because you’re also getting a well balanced meal in one dish: protein, vegetable and a grain.

TIP: You can substitute hot water and bouillon with chicken stock. Also, don’t be afraid to substitute other vegetables for what you might already have. Just try to substitute vegetables with the same firmness (i.e., carrots for peppers).
