If you asked me 20 years ago to make a list of things I might be doing in the future writing/blogging would never have even been a thought. Although, I always had jobs in the most conforming arena (like financial assistant, operations assistant, etc..), I have always been a non-conformist and well creative thinker.
If someone asked me today to make that same list I would add: foodie/recipe developer/modifier/recipe tester and yes much to my own surprise, writer/blogger. While I'm pretty sure I'm still no better a writer than I was 20 years ago, I hope that my passion for food and creativity shows in every blog post.
