Here's a Tip

Got lumps in your pancake batter or pockets of crunchy uncooked balls of pancake mix? Here's a quick tip on making your pancakes lump free and without those annoying pockets of hard unincorporated balls of flour:

  • Place all the ingredients inside a blender (I use the Magic Bullet).

  •  Mix all the ingredients for 10-15 seconds (or until all combined)

  •  Then, pour the batter onto your griddle, cook and enjoy your lump free and crunch free pancakes!
