…. SUMMER and my Prosecco Punch. It’s the perfect Friday night cool down cocktail! It’s been crazy HOT here in NY the past few days so I thought it would be the perfect time to share this simple, refreshing Prosecco cocktail.
Just add a splash triple sec, seltzer , grapefruit juice, fresh berries and mint to a pitcher with lots of ice and top off with a bottle of Prosecco. I’m using Cupcake Prosecco but this recipe can be used with your favorite brand.
This light, refreshing drink is perfect for summer!

Prosecco Punch
Ingredients
- 1 750 ml Prosecco
- 33 oz Seltzer Start with 1/2 bottle
- 63 oz Grapefruit Juice Start with 1/2 bottle
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1 pint Fresh Raspberries
- Fresh Mint leaves
- Ice
Instructions
- Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice. Add mint leaves. Add Grapefruit juice, prosecco, triple sec and seltzer. Top with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
- You may have to adjust quantities depending on the size of your pitcher
