Tilapia Dijonaisse

Print Recipe
Cook Time 20 minutes mins
Total Time 20 minutes mins
Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 fresh tilapia fillets
  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard more if needed
  • 1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash and dry the fillets. Season fish with salt and pepper. Spread dijon mustard over both sides of the fillets. Then dip both sides into bread crumbs. Lightly grease and oven proof baking dish and place breaded fillets on the pan. Bake in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the fillets flake easily with a fork.

Notes

The original recipe did not call for lemon juice but I would squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pieces of fish before baking.
