Week 4 : Zucchini Season
As we head into the second week of August I thought it was only fitting to share everyone's favorite summer squash, ZUCCHINI! This is the time of year when those zucchini start to grow in abundance and many of hit that SEARCH button for every and any zucchini recipe that good old google can track down for us. Hopefully some of these will make your must try list this summer. Some of them are oldies but goodies!

You can never have enough zoodle recipes, right? If you don't have a spiralizer you can also shred the zucchini in this recipe using your box/cheese grater.
