  • 2 Cups of Flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup softened butter/margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 20 Kellog's Frosted Mini Wheat crushed to a fine shreds

Instructions
  1. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl
  2. In another bowl beat butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy
  3. Add eggs and vanilla
  4. Mix in flour mixture and crushed cereal
  5. Drop by level measuring tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets
  6. Using a fork, flatten each cookie in crisscross pattern
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F, 14 minutes or until lightly browned
  8. Remove immediately from baking sheets
  9. Cool on wire racks
