This hearty Italian dish is the perfect blend of pasta, beans, and savory flavors, making it a staple in my kitchen when the weather starts to cool. There are countless variations of Pasta Fagioli Recipe, but in my version, I put a little twist on tradition. Instead of using Ditalini pasta, I opted for a thin-cut spaghetti that my friends at @BotticelliFoods sent me. The result? A deliciously cozy bowl of goodness with a slightly different texture that I absolutely love.
This video is a rough-cut, behind-the-scenes look at me making Pasta Fagioli on Facebook LIVE back in late summer/early fall. It’s unfiltered, real, and about as up close and personal as it gets—short of having you all in my kitchen with me! Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and I love sharing my favorite recipes with my community.
If you’ve never tried making Pasta Fagioli at home, I highly recommend it. It’s an easy, budget-friendly meal that’s packed with flavor. Plus, it’s the perfect dish to warm your soul on a chilly night. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to this dish, I hope you enjoy watching and maybe even get inspired to whip up a batch for yourself.
